15-Day Return Window: You have a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your item to request a return. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that items sent back without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: We care about the quality of the products you receive. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any of the following issues - a defective item, damage, or if you receive the wrong item - please contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, we'll assist you in making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
