Currently, we only ship within the United States.

2. What is your return/exchange policy? 

At The Maximalist, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you should have the receipt or proof of purchase. 3. How long will it take to get my order?

6. How long does order processing take?

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. During this time, we verify your order and prepare your package for shipment. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email, which will allow you to monitor your package's journey.

7. How do I cancel/modify an order?

To cancel or modify an order, please email Support@ShopTheMaximalist.com, and our friendly staff will assist you. If your order is still being processed, we will be able to cancel it. However, if it has already shipped, we will guide you through the return and refund process. 

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email, which will allow you to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to become available. 9. What if my order arrives damaged?
